At first, we first discover our mutual expectations from this collaboration and develop a clear target scenario for your joint effort. This may include improved leadership or political skills such as more emotional intelligence, more resilience, balanced extraversion, emotional stability or a more strategic approach to new challenges.

Assessment: Discover your personality holistically

Using the scientifically AI-based 'Personality Profiler' assessment, we will holistically work out core aspects of your personality. It's the foundation for self-reflection and an in-depth action-reflection process. Furthermore, we will determine what factors have led to your decision patterns, behaviour preferences, and values your Leadership style is guided by today.

Process: Winning Excellence - Evolve your personality traits

To win excellence and sustainably integrate your Leadership Signature into your daily life, you follow an extensive overarching advisory process, allowing you to evolve your personality traits following the challenges you face.

  1. Preparation-Phase: Before every one-on-one Meeting, you receive a Precoaching with individualized questions that prepare you for an effective solution-oriented Core-process.
  2. Core-Process: One day meeting one-on-one in a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment on an innovative standard with digital flipchart, Augmented Reality tools and App-support. This intense day is the core of the Advisory work, where you reflect on your conscious decision. Sometimes, you have to let go of habits and convictions you have come to hold dear to integrate new behaviour patterns into your personality and remain true to yourself. We will work with you on this.
  3. Integration-Phase: Actions speak louder than words. That's why the program includes permanent personal guidance through an intense Action-Reflection-process. The goal is to integrate the newly acquired leadership skills and new patterns of behaviour, and your unique communication style into your areas of assignment and responsibilities by practising them and implementing them in your daily work. After all, the real work has to be done between coaching sessions!

Results: Continued Evaluation

The Transformational Leadership program does bring results, and we check your KPI's continuously. To get sustainable results, you need to assess your new leadership skills. We may also conduct 360 surveys on the AI-based Profiler assessment—only the actual successes of your everyday leadership count.
