Crisis Manager - passion for special assignments in top management

As a crisis manager I always have a special assignment. For example: Say my client is a strategically brilliant person in top management who is indispensable, however, who unfortunately has a disastrous management style, especially under pressure, which is no longer sustainable. When the he lacks any empathy, when he is not able to successfully moderate conflicts, when communication is ego-driven/'old school' and employees fall by the wayside. The task then becomes to: develop better self-management and the ability to lead other people with confidence, with the aim of being appreciated as a leader.

Based on my decades of business and coaching experience and as an expert in Emotional Intelligence, I challenge my clients. Together we strive and work towards a lifestyle that relies more on empathy and social competence.  My success in these coaching processes is based not only on my high level of empathy, but also on my strong desire for performance and a very high level of ambition which is on the same wavelength as that of brilliant professional managers. I think and act in an implementation-oriented manner, thus ensuring that my clients action become more effective by working with me.

My motto is: 'It's all about communication'. We talk - especially in this day and age - about digitalization, about capital, about supply chains - but at the end of the day it's all about communication. Communication is not a tool you buy - communication is a skill you can learn. I learned successful communication from FF in over 25 years of media work and my aim is to pass that knowledge on to you.

The professional coaching helped me stay calm and confident, especially in difficult situations, to accept the situation and to consciously take action. What has helped me a lot is becoming aware of the neurobiological and neurochemical processes, to better understand 'coincidence' and thus to learn how to gain more control. I enjoyed everything. What I appreciate in Dorette's work is the structure and consistency of her coaching. The good documentation makes it very easy to recall what you have learned in the follow-up. The intensive days pass quickly and give the opportunity to go deep into the topics.
